- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Good Problem solving skills.
- Experience in support of web applications will be preferred.
- Basic Exposure to support tools, and understanding of support processes and SLAs.
- Basic knowledge of QA/testing methodology.
- Basic Exposure to ENOVIA knowledge/PLM tools will make more advantage.
