Job Description :
- Independently handle assigned product groups, with end-to-end responsibility.
- Investigate breaks and querying it with appropriate business lines.
- Manage queries from Internal, External & audit teams.
- Research and report all discrepancy arising in the reconciliation.
- Daily, Weekly & Monthly or adhoc reporting.
- Ensure that all Standard Operating Procedures are reviewed and updated on a regular basis.
- Adherence to the SLA productivity, turn-around-time, and accuracy.
