• Ensuring adherence to the laid down processes and regulatory guidelines.
• Attention to details and delivering expected Quality Standards.
• Understands customer requirements and adds value to service standards.
• Coordination with Internal / External departments for requirements.
• Uploading of Business EOD details.
• Helping team in achieving the monthly Business targets.
• Preparing reports and sharing the same with reporting manager.
