Educational Qualification and Experience:
(1) Degree in Civil Engineering from an institute of repute.
(2) Candidates should possess minimum 12 years’ post qualification experience in construction of various civil structures like viaducts, bridges, piles, piers, pre stressed / post stressed structures and their launching, NMT works etc., out of which at least 3 years’ should be in Metro/large infrastructure projects.

Qualification and Experience:
Executive Director –>
(1) Graduate in Engineering from an institution of repute and MBA from any of the IIMs (OR) Group A Officers of Indian Administrative Service.
(2) Should have a proven track record of 18 years of Group “A” / Executive Services in any Govt. Departments/ PSU/ reputed private organization, with exposure to revenue generation projects/ financial models/ infrastructure funding and allied areas. Should have a minimum of 05 years experience in planning, design & architecture of various activities related to infrastructure/ revenue generation projects and environmental sustainability.
General Manager (Water Transport) –>
(1) Graduate Engineer in Marine / Naval Architecture/ Mechanical/ Electrical.
(2) For direct recruitment - Minimum 17 years post qualification experience in executive/ managerial position in Marine / Naval Architecture field. Candidates having experience in shipyards or ports or in water transport infrastructure projects shall be given preference.
(3) For re-employment basis - Officers of Government Organizations / PSUs retired in CDA pay scale of ₹ 37400 – 67000 (grade pay ₹ 10000) or IDA pay scale of ₹ 51300-73000. Candidates should necessarily have experience in shipyards or ports or in water transport infrastructure projects.

Educational Qualifications and Experience:
Joint General Manager (Power & Traction) ->
(1) Degree in Electronics or Electrical or Power Systems or Electrical & Electronics or Electronics & Communication Engineering or equivalent from an institute of repute with minimum 12 years of post-qualification experience. (OR) Group 'A' or Group 'B' Indian Railway service of IRSEE (JAG/Selection Grade) of 12 years' of experience, with at-least 5 years in Group A.
(2) The experience shall be in planning, procurement, contract management, installation, testing & commissioning of Power Supply system, Traction Power system, Power Distribution, GIS, Cabling, project execution etc. Preference will be given to those who possess experience in modern Metro Rail Systems.
Legal Officer ->
(1) Full time LLB with first division from a reputed institute.
(2) Minimum 12 years of post qualification experience in legal arena, of which atleast 8 years in the legal department of a Govt./PSU organization.
