All posts are as per 7th Central Pay Commission. Major pay levels are as follows:
- Level 6F: Assistant Registrar (Cooperative), UT Ladakh
- Level 7: Junior Scientific Officer, Assistant Engineer (Civil), Sr. Scientific Assistants, Botanist, Asst. Director Grade-II (MSME), etc.
- Level 8 / 8A: Junior Technical Officer, Lecturer-I posts (UT Ladakh), Scientific Officer/Programmer, Private Secretary
- Level 10: Operations Officer, Air Safety Officer, Scientist ‘B’ posts, Assistant Director (IT), Research Officer, DCIO (Technical), Chemist, Assistant Professors (CME Pune)
- Level 11 & 12: Regional Director, Assistant Legal Adviser, Deputy Director, Consultant Ophthalmologist, Principal (A&N)
- Level 13 / 13A1 / 14: Professor posts (Sugar Engineering & Civil Engg at CME Pune), Associate Professors (CME Pune)

Age Relaxation: SC – 5 years, OBC – 3 years, PwBD – 10 years (additional). For posts with upper age limit of 50 years, PwBD maximum age is capped at 56 years.

All posts under UT Ladakh Administration (approx. 40+ vacancies) are exclusively reserved for Domiciles of UT Ladakh. A valid Domicile Certificate is mandatory.
