• Desirable: Master’s Degree in Architecture, and working knowledge of BIM and 3D visualization software such as SketchUp, Lumion and Enscape.
• Training (except on-the-job training), internship, teaching, academic, fellowship and PhD research experience will not be counted. Apprenticeship training under the Apprentices Act, 1961 in the relevant discipline may be counted, subject to other conditions.

• Central / State Government / PSU / Autonomous Organisation candidates following IDA / CDA scales should have worked for at least 2 years in IDA pay scale of ₹60,000 – ₹1,80,000 or CDA Level-11 of the 7th CPC, along with total experience of 11 years. • Private sector candidates should have total experience of 11 years and an annual CTC of at least ₹24.10 LPA as on the last date of application.
