✅ Bank of Baroda LBO Recruitment 2026 Eligibility Criteria:
- Educational Qualification: Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University/Institution. Preferred Certifications: IC 38 (Insurance Institute of India), NISM Series V-A (Mutual Fund Distributors), NISM Series XXI-A (PMS Distributors), NISM Series XIII (Common Derivatives).
- Post Qualification Experience: Minimum 1 year of post-qualification experience as an Officer in any Scheduled Commercial Bank as listed in the Second Schedule of the Reserve Bank of India.
- Local Language Proficiency: Candidates must be proficient in reading, writing, speaking and understanding the local language of the State they are applying for.
- Age Limit: Minimum 21 years and Maximum 30 years.
- Age Relaxation: SC/ST – 5 years, OBC (NCL) – 3 years, PwBD – 10 years (and other categories as per Government norms).

- Scale of Pay (JMG/S-I): ₹48,480 – 2,000/7 – 62,480 – 2,340/2 – 67,160 – 2,680/7 – 85,920
- Selected candidates will be posted within the State for which they apply for the first 12 years of their service or up to their promotion to SMGS-IV Grade, whichever is earlier. Thereafter, they are liable to be posted anywhere in India.
