Job Description:
- To support AON’s Enterprise Content Management (ECM) program growth/expansion strategy while keeping a watch on expected attrition and retention of knowledge /expertise.
- To help in development and deployment of applications and components to the ECM System.
- Provide assistance in requirement analysis, design and development post completion of their in-house ECM FileNet training program, to be conducted by AON ECM Program.
Required Skills:
- Must have completed Computer Sc. Engineering or MCA from Grade-B or above colleagues in First Class.
- Must have basic Object oriented Programming and Database knowledge.
- Must have keen interest in learning new technologies and work under challenging and demanding conditions.
- Must have good professional attitude and high team spirit
