Eligibility criteria:
Engg graduates from the 2014 batch.
Engineering Graduates (CSE, EEE, ECE, IS, IT) with 60% aggregate during graduation.
MCA’s with 70% aggregate
No arrears as on date.
Execute a bond to serve the company 2 years from the date of joining.
Compensation:
CTC of 2.04L at the time of joining revised to CTC of 2.24L upon completion of 6 months.
TCC of around 4.30L* upon confirmation and based on their performance appraisals on completing 12 months of service.
* Includes Variable component
