Job Responsibilities:

• Associate in this role will be reviewing Insurance claims that have been denied by the insurance company. 
• This individual will be expected to make call to the insurance company or check for the status of the claim through website, and clear denial. 
• It's a blended process with 60-70 percent of calling required.

Job Requirements:

• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong customer service focus, with a drive to exceed the expectations of our clients.
• Commitment to deliver quality results and overcome obstacles in minimum stipulated time.
• You will be put through a highly interactive eight weeks training program on Healthcare knowledge, communication skills and state of the art healthcare tools. 
• (By the way, you'll learn some great skills and probably make some lifelong friends as part of this training program)
• Must be self – managed, responsive, and dedicated to customer support.
