Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive analysis to sales leadership in Planning, Pipeline, Forecast, Finance and Sales Metrics domains to support sales decision making
  • Provide recommendations for improvement / change to key stakeholders, based upon analysis
  • Develop and evolve key metrics
  • Own execution & improvement of one or  more core sales process, EMEA-wide
  • Drive continuous improvement of core sales process, supported by offshore leveraged team
  • Define and manage deployment of new reporting to support changing business requirements & processes
  • Liaising with key stakeholders & communicating progress
  • Implement robust quality assurance process to support processes

Essential Skills:

  • Process Management & Transformation – Defines and Documents existing process in area of responsibility; Identifies process short-comings and works with others to improve or transform processes, proactively
  • Problem Solving - Approaches problems in a rational manner using sound strategies that ensure comprehensive understanding and effective resolution
  • Stakeholder Negotiation & Commitment Building - Collaborates effectively with others within a virtual team environment, to ensure shared commitment to an enterprise and mutually beneficial results
  • Analysis & Reporting - Systematically analyzes sales data, and develops reports that ensure accurate, usable & scalable information for business decision-makers.
  • Reporting Development/Enhancement - Develops, improves and educates on tools used in area of control in alignment with corporate business needs, requirements or goals
  • Change Management - Manage analysis and process change as program
  • Technical Skills – Advanced Excel, PowerPoint , presentation skills & Sharepoint. Knowledge of EDW/Yotta and of Sales CRM systems (SFDC, Siebel, Dynamics)
  • Presentation techniques – Able to summarise complex topics and issues into key actionable points in documents and verbally
