- Educational Qualification :
- For Field Attendant : Middle/8th Passed or ITI.
- For Maintenance Assistant : ITI in the trades of Fitter, Welder, Turner, Auto-Electrician, Diesel Mechanic, Motor Mechanic and Machinist.
- For Junior Assistant : Graduate in Arts / Science/ Commerce from a recognized University / Institute and a minimum Typing speed of 30 WPM in English and/or Hindi language.
- For HEM Operator : Three years Diploma in Mechanical Engg./ Automobile Engg with Heavy Vehicle Driving License (HVDL).
- Age Limit : As on 25.07.2015
- For JO scale : 35 years
- For SR scale : 30 years
- Selection Process : Selection will be based on written test, Trade Test, Physical ability test & personal Interview.
- Application Fee : Candidates have to pay Rs.100/- for the posts in JO scale and Rs.50/- for RS scale through Demand Draft drawn in favour of NMDC Limited, Donimalai Iron Ore Mine, payable at State Bank of Mysore, Donimalai / Canara Bank, Donimalai. SC/ST/PwD/ Ex-Servicemen candidates are exempted from application fee.
