PROFILE 1-Microsoft .Net Developer:

Skill Set Required:

1-3 years of professional IT related experience on .NET Framework
Competence in .NET 3.5/ 4 development using C# and ASP. NET
Working knowledge of MVC, HTML, JavaScript, Ajax, JQuery and CSS
Competence in MSSQL Server
Competence in Object Oriented design and development techniques

PROFILE 2-PHP/Web Developer:

Skill Set Required:

Should have experience in PHP development with proven experience in developing scalable, reliable and robust products.
Should have experience in creating MySQL queries.
Should have working knowledge in OOPs Concept, MVC, AJAX/Json, service architectures and application development by using relational databases.
Knowledge in developing HTML 5, CSS, JavaScript and responsive web portals would be an added advantage.
Working knowledge of CI/Wordpress/Joomla/Drupal and Magento/Opencart would be an added advantage.
Should be able to perform unit testing on source code wherever required.
Should be able to maintain source code, and analyze and fix bugs wherever necessary.
Should be able to maintain existing websites, which are developed in open source format.
Should have excellent coding and logical skills.

PROFILE 3-IT Business Developer:

Job Description:

The primary role of the Business Developer is to prospect for new clients and projects by online bidding, networking, cold calling, advertising or other means of generating interest from potential clients. They must then plan persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential clients to do business with PITS. They must develop a rapport with new clients and continually improve the relationship. They are also required to grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new solutions and services to clients.

Skill Set Required:

Excellent communication skills( English spoken and written must be flawless)
Generate new business Projects through marketing calls
Experience in online bidding for work
Creation of new accounts and manage existing Accounts.
Understand client’s requirements
Offer the best possible solution to the client
Generate Project Proposal document
Negotiate Contracts
Client interaction during the project development to ensure the highest degree of client satisfaction
Play an active role in the analysis phase of the project.
