Job Description:

BM is responsible for all activities of branch .
Responsible for operation/ business development/ marketing.
Monitoring the cheque/cash deposits on daily basis.
Assuring implementation of procedures & system recommendation by the management.
Budgeting & forecasting of branch.
Tracking, counseling & motivation the existing customer for BD.
Knowledge in finance & its product.
Supervising the branch staff for operation effectiveness.
