Job Description and Skills Required:

• Studying and identifying client process and evaluating key functional areas needed for improvisation which includes Marketing, Material Management, CRM, HR.
• Preparing Customization flows.
• Product installation & configuration.
• Actively contributed in product development based on the customer experiences.
• Assisting in Planning development & testing process and creating functional testing scenarios
• Interacting with clients and measuring customer satisfaction.
• Manage completion implementation projects within the time allotted for each project
• Manage all configuration communications externally and internally
• Strong written and verbal business communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Proven problem solving capabilities
• Understanding of systems development methodologies
• Should have good communication skills. Both English and hindi
• Willing to travel
