Educational Qualifications:
Commercial -> Degree in Textiles Technology/ Textiles Engineering from an university recognized by University Grants Commission or All India Council for Technical Education. OR Degree in Textiles Chemistry/Chemical Technology from an university recognized by University Grants Commission or All India Council for Technical Education.
Company Secretary -> Degree in Law with specialization in Corporate laws OR CA/ICWA/MBA will be an added advantage. Working knowledge of computer like MS Office, Accounting Packages, usage of internet etc. will be preferred.
IT -> Master of Computer Applications/B.Tech (IT)/ B. Tech/B Sc (Computer Science) from an University recognized by University Grant Commission or 'B' level course from an Institute recognized by Department of Electronics & Accreditation of Computer classes.
MIS -> MBA (full time) with specialization in Marketing/ HR. Working knowledge of computer like MS office and Power point.
F&A -> Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India / Cost Accountant from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India / MBA with specialization in Finance (Full time two years) from an University recognized by University Grant Commission / Institution recognized by AICTE. Desirable Working knowledge of computer like MS Office, Accounting Packages, usage of internet etc. will be preferred.
HR & PA -> Master of Business Administration with specialization in Personnel Mgt. or HR / Master of Industrial Relation & Personnel Mgt. / Master of Personnel Mgt./ Master of Social Work (MSW) from an university recognized by University Grants Commission. (OR) Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management /Industrial Relation / Human Resource Development from an university recognized by University Grants Commission/Institute recognized by AICTE.
Minimum Experience: Senior Manager / Company Secretary - 12 Years, Chief Manager - 14 Years, Manager - 10 Years, Deputy Manager - 08 Years, Senior Officer - 04 Years.
Selection Process: The selection may involve Written Test, Psychometric test, Group Discussion and Interview.
Application Fee: A non refundable "Account Payee" demand draft for ₹ 300/- drawn in favour of National Handloom Development Corporation Limited of any Nationalized Bank payable at Lucknow is to be enclosed along with prescribed application form. No other mode of payment is acceptable. Candidate should mention his/her name and address on reverse side of the demand draft. No fee is payable by SC/ST/PWD and departmental candidates.
