42 Years

Total emoluments at Rs. 53660 (Basic + VDA+HRA+CCA) at the minimum of the Pay Scale of Rs. 14500-350-18700, plus allowances and perks as per the Company's prevailing rules.

DEPUTY MANAGER (GRADE 4)

40 Years

Total emoluments at Rs. 48140 (Basic + VDA+HRA+CCA) at the minimum of the Pay Scale of Rs. 13000-350-18250, plus allowances and perks as per the Company's prevailing rules.

Job Period: Appointment on Tenure basis for a period of Five years, which is extendable for further period based on Company's requirement and satisfactory performance of the official.

Educational Qualifications: Must have a Degree in any discipline preferably with Diploma in Public Relations/Journalism / Mass Communication / Advertising from a recognized Institution / University. Should have post qualification experience of at least 12 years for Grade 6, 9 years for Grade 5 and 6 years of Grade 4 respectively in the relevant area in a large Government / Private organization. Knowledge in relevant computer field is desirable.
