Qualifications :
Bachelor’s Degree (B.Tech/BE) in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation & Control/Electronics & Communication/Electronics & Telecommunication/ Mechanical/Manufacturing/Industrial/ Production/Power/Energy disciplines (OR)
Master Degree in Social Worker (MSW) (OR)
MBA in HR/MHROD/PGDHRM or PGP/PGDM/PGDBM/PGDBA/ with 60% marks merit.
Five years post qualification experience in the implementation of CSR initiatives.
Age Limit :
The Recruitment of Assistant Managers would required attained age limit 33 years and age relaxable belonging SC/ST/OBC/PWD and Ex-Servicemen candidates as per Govt. guidelines.
Pay Scale :
Selected candidate will be paid monthly consolidated remuneration at the rate of Rs.29100- 3%-54500/-
Application Fee :
Applicants will be required to deposit a non-refundable application fee of Rs.500/- in cash at any SBI branch along with the Bank copy of challan form on any day after the generation of challan form.The Reserved categories (SC/ST/PWD)/Ex-servicemen candidates not required to pay any fees.
Selection Mode :
Shortlist candidates selection will be on basis of Personal Interview Performance skills.
