Eligibility:

Deputation Posts -> Officers of the Central Government or State Government or High Court or District Court or PSUs or Autonomous bodies: Holding analogous post on regular basis.

Law Clerk -> Three years professional/Five years integrated Degree in Law from any Law College or recognized University throughout the country. Applications shall be accepted from such Law Graduates who have not started practice as an advocate or engaged in any other professional vocation/service. Those who have appeared in LLB (Final) in 2014-15 Examination and are awaiting result may also apply. Computer knowledge i.e. Data Entry , work processing and Computer operations.

The applications as per ‘Annexure (Prescribed Format)’ along with attested copies of up-to-date ACRs for the last five years and vigilance clearance, may be forwarded to the undersigned within six weeks from the date of publication of vacancy circular in Employment News. Applications not forwarded through proper channel will not be entertained in the case of deputation posts.
