Educational Qualifications:
(1) 12th class pass or equivalent qualification from any recognized Board or University.
(2) Skill Test Norms only on Computer: Typing speed of 35 words per minute in English (or) Typing speed @30 words per minute in Hindi.
(3) Desirable - Basic knowledge in computers.
Sportsman Requirements:
(a) Represented State or the Country in National or International Competition in Volleyball, Football; Kabaddi, Table Tennis, Carrom, Cricket or Shooting.
(b) Represented University in the Inter-University Tournaments conducted by the Inter-University Sports Board in Volleyball, Football, Kabaddi; Table Tennis, Carrom, Cricket & Shooting
(c) Represented State Schools Levels in the the National sports/Games for schools conducted by the All India School Games Federation in1 Volleyball, Football, Kabaddi, Table Tennis, Carrom, Cricket or Shooting.
(d) Sportsman who has been awarded National awards in Physical efficiency under the) National Physical Efficiency Drive in Volleyball, Football, Kabaddi, Table Tennis, Carrom, Cricket or Shooting.
