Our business involves offering product solutions (NOTE: not outsourcing, not just technology consulting) to startups and help them build a profitable business through our design and technology expertise. We are a team of 12 people working out of Indiranagar (or in the comfort of our homes - we are democratic that way) trying to change the way the people approach work.

Job Details:
Strong understanding of web design principles and trends. Should be able to question designs that are provided.

-Proficient in the latest of HTML5 and CSS3 capabilities and should be able to write 100% valid markup.

-Should be able to create pixel perfect UI from the designs provided.

-We work on the motto of "Mobile first" and put a lot of emphasis on responsive designs and as such should understand the need and aspects of responsive designs. Consequently should be able to create such designs without breaking a sweat.

-Sound working knowledge of a CSS framework - bootstrap (preferably) or foundation.

-Understanding of either of SASS or LESS or both.

-Strong experience with JavaScript and jQuery. Ability to write efficient and clutter free code a must.

-Understanding or working knowledge of any of the JavaScript frameworks like AngularJS, BackboneJS, React etc., an added bonus.
