Western Railway Cultural Quota Recruitment 2015 Application Form

Western Railway invites applications for recruitment of Group 'C' posts against Cultural Quota for the year 2015-16. The last date for submission of applications is  31st October 2015.

Pay Scale: PB-1 ₹ 5200 – 20200 + Grade Pay ₹ 1900/-

Age Limit (as on 01/01/2016): UR - 18 to 29 Years, OBC - 18 to 32 Years, SC / ST - 18 to 34 Years.

Educational Qualifications:

(1) Essential - HSC Pass or its equivalent with 50% Marks in aggregate. Possessing Degree / Diploma / Certificate in Music & Synthesizer from Government Recognized Institutes / Universities.
(2) Desirable - Experience in the filed and performance given on AIR / Doordarshan etc. Prizes won at National level in above fields.

Selection process: Written Examination and Personality Test / Interview.

Examination Fee: ₹ 100/- is payable in the form of Indian Postal Order (IPO) drawn in favour of Chief Cashier, Western Railwat, Churchgate payable at Mumbai. No fee for SC / ST, Ex-Serviceman, PWD and Women Candidates.

How To Apply: The application in the prescribed format should be neatly typed or handwritten either in Hindi or English. One Recent Passport Size Photograph duly pasted and signed across on the application in the space provided. Applications should be sent by Ordinary Post in a closed envelope to "THE SENIOR PERSONNEL OFFICER (RECRUITMENT & TRAINING), WESTERN RAILWAY, HQ OFFICE, IIIRD FLOOR, OLD BLDG, CHURCHGATE, MUMBAI - 400020, MAHARASHTRA or to be dropped in the Application Box provided for the purposr in the Headquarter office up to 17:00 Hours except Saturday, Sunday and Holidays. On the top of the envelope "APPLICATION FOR RECRUITMENT AGAINST CULTURAL QUOTA & EMPLOYMENT NOTICE NO. WR/HQ/R&T/ CULTURAL/2/2015/16"should be super scribed. The last date for submission of applications is 30/11/2015 (Closing date & time of Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Mizoram, Nagaland, Tripura, Sikkim, Jammu & Kashmir, Lahaul & Splti Districts and Pangl Sub Dicision of Chamba District of Himachal Pradesh, Andaman & Nicobar and Lakshadweep Island - 14/12/2015).
