Established in 1999, CEDARS Jebel Ali International Hospital had humble beginnings as Jebel Ali Medical Center, the only full-fledged 24-hour medical center in the Jebel Ali area. Considering the need for a complete medical facility in the area, the medical center was upgraded into a hospital in August 2004. CEDARS – Jebel Ali International Hospital mainly caters to the needs of the companies in the Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai Investments Park, Technopark, Jebel Ali Port, Hotels and the fast growing residential areas in Jebel Ali, Marina and Jumeirah Lakes Towers. CEDARS – Jebel Ali International Hospital aims to be the complete community hospital for New Dubai.  In 2015, CEDARS – Jebel Ali International Hospital opened CEDARS Clinic adjacent to the hospital to cater for out-patient cases with low cost health insurance plans. Dr. Adnan Kaddaha Clinic will be opening soon at Motor City. Plans are on the way to open several clinics in New Dubai areas.

CEDARS – Jebel Ali International Hospital is looking for the following:

Occupational Health Physician (Full-time/Part-time) with a degree in MBBS, M.BChB or its equivalent and a speciality certificate from a recognized medical school. The candidate must have a valid DHA license or eligibility letter as OH Physician, or is OHSAS certified, and with at least 5 years experience in the field of Occupational Health and Travel Medicine.

The right candidate must have a positive attitude, is a hard worker and is able to work in a multicultural team.

Cardiologist/Specialist Internal Medicine (Full-Time) with a basic medical degree from a recognized medical school. Completion of a recognized higher professional education program in cardiology. Certification of higher professional education and MRCP plus CCST, or FRCPC, or FRACP, or equivalent recognized by the DHA. The candidate must have a valid DHA license or eligibility letter and with a minimum 3-5 years experience since gaining specialist license.

Specialist Pediatrics (Full-time) with Diploma in MBBS, M.BChB or equivalent and Speciality certificate from a recognized medical school. The candidate must hold a valid DHA license or eligibility letter.

Registered Nurses (OPD, IPD, Infection Control, ER/ICU, OT) with at least 2 years work experience in OPD, IPD, Infection Control, ER/ICU, and/or OT; a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing and must have a valid DHA License or eligibility letter.

The right candidates must possess efficient and effective nursing skills, are computer literate, uphold confidentiality, and are knowledgeable in JCI standards.

Dental Assistant/Dental Nurse with at least 2 years work experience as dental chair-side assistant or dental surgery assistant; a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Dental Medicine or its equivalent; and must have DHA license/eligibility.

The right candidate must possess efficient and effective skills in the operation of dental equipment and adept in identifying dental tools, is computer literate, upholds confidentiality, and is knowledgeable in radiation safety measures and JCI standards.

Dietician with at least 2 years work experience; with a bachelor’s degree in dietetics, foods and nutrition, food service systems management, clinical nutrition, or a related area; must have a DHA license/eligibility.

The right candidate must be updated with the latest nutrition research; able to translate nutrition science into practical eating advice, evaluate the health status of patients and determine the most appropriate food choices to improve overall health or manage a disease.

Insurance Relations Officer with a bachelor’s degree preferably in sales, finance, or administration and with background in the medical field. The candidate must have at least 2 years experience working for a medical insurance company or experience in dealing with insurance companies within the UAE.
