Educational Qualification:
(1) Candidates must have passed Intermediate (Matric with +2) or equivalent examination from a board or university recognized by Central or State Government.
(2) Note - Two or Three year Diploma certificate in technical education done after 10th class is not equivalent to intermediate (10+2).
Skill Test (On computer):
(1) Dictation - 10 minutes @ 80 words per minute
(2) Transcription time - 50 minutes in English or 65 minutes in Hindi on computer.
Physical Standards:
(a) Height -> For Male - 165 Cms (162.5 Cms for ST and Remote Area Candidates); For Female - 155 Cms (150 Cms for ST and Remote Area Candidates)
(b) Chest (Male Only) -> For General / OBC / SC - 66 Cms (Unexpanded), 82 Cms (Expanded); For ST - 76 Cms (Unexpanded), 81 Cms (Expanded)
(c) Weight -> Proportionate/Corresponding to height and age as per medical standards (For males and females). Over/under weight will be disqualification at the stage of medical examination only.

Educational Qualifications:
(1) Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in the concerned Specialty.
(2) One & Half years experience for Degree holder and Two & Half Years for Diploma holder in the concerned specialty after PG.
While appearing for Walk-in-Interview, the candidates should bring documents in original and photocopies of all relevant documents (Degree, Age Proof & Experience Certificate etc.), application in plain paper superscripting the name of post applied for & five passport size recent photographs. Interview will be followed by Medical Examination.
