Educational Qualification and Experience:
Registrar ->
(1) Master's Degree with at least 55% of the marks or its equivalent grade of B in the UGC seven point scale.
(2) At least 15 years of experience as Assistant Professor in the AGP of Rs. 7000.00 and above or with 8 years of service in the AGP of Rs. 8000.00 and above including as Associate Professor along with experience in Higher Educational Administration (OR) Comparable experience in research establishment and/or other institutions of higher education (OR) Fifteen years of administrative experience of which 8 years shall be as Deputy Registrar or an equivalent post.
Finance Officer ->
(1) Master's Degree with at least 55% of the marks or its equivalent grade of B in the UGC seven point scale.

Librarian ->
(1) Master's Degree in Library Science/ Information Sciences/ Documentation with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade of B in the UGC seven points scale and consistently good academic record.
(2) At least 13 years as a Deputy Librarian in a University Library or Eighteen Years' experience as a college Librarian.
(3) Evidence of innovative library service and organization of published work.
(4) A minimum score as stipulated in the Academic Performance Indicator (API) based Performance Based Appraisal System (PBAS), set out in UGC Regulations on Minimum Qualifications for appointment of teachers and other academic staff and measures for the maintenance of standards in higher education, 2010.
Application Processing Fee: ₹ 500 /- for General & OBC category candidates and ₹ 125/- for SC/ ST/ PWD/ Women candidates in the form of Demand Draft (DD) from an nationalized bank drawn in favour of Central University of Jharkhand payable at Ranchi (Jharkhand). The candidates are advised to mention his/her name and name of the post applied for on the back of the Demand Draft.
