Headquarters Junior Leaders Wing the Infantry School, Belgaum - 590009 (Karnataka) (A Defence Department Central Government Establishment) invites applications from eligible Indian Citizens for recruitment of Lower Division Clerk (LDC), Carpenter, Fatigueman, Cycle Fitter and MTS (Watchman). The last date for submission of applications is 7th March 2016.

Age Limit: 18 to 27 Years for Cycle Fitter and Carpenter; 18 to 25 Years for all other posts. Age Relaxation as per GOI Rules.

Educational Qualifications:

LDC ->

(1) 12th Class or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board or University.
(2) English Typing 35 wpm on computer (OR) Hindi Typing @ 30 wpm on computer.

Carpenter ->

(1) Matriculation pass or equivalent from a recognized Board or Institution; and
(2) Certificate from Industrial Training Institute or National Council of
Vocational Training in the trade; or Three years experience as a Carpenter.

Fatigueman ->

(1) Matriculation pass or equivalent from recognised Board.
(2) Must be conversant with the duties of Fatigueman with one year's experience.

Cycle Fitter ->

(1) Matriculation (10th class Board Examination) from a recognized Board or Institution.
(2) Desirable - Six months experience as Cycle Mechanic.

MTS (Watchman) ->

(1) Matriculation pass or equivalent from recognized Board.
(2) Desirable - Conversant with the duties of the respective trade with one year's experience.

Application Fee: A Crossed Indian Postal Order (IPO) of value of ₹ 50/- in favour of the Commander, Junior Leaders Wing, The Infantry School, Belgaum. Candidates applying for ST vacancy are exempted from application fee. The Postal Order should be issued on or after the date of publication of the advertisement. The application fee is non refundable.

Selection Process: Physical/ Practical/ Trade/ Skill Test/ Interview pertaining to respective trades will be conducted in addition to written Examination. The exam will be conducted for selection which will comprise questions on General Intelligence & Reasoning, Numerical Aptitude, General English and General Awareness as per the standard Education Qualification (for posts of Cycle Fitter, Fatiguemen and Watchman). The syllabus for examination for the post of Lower Division Clerk is not being published.

How to Apply: The Prescribed Application can be filled by the candidates either in English or Hindi. Applications completed in all respect along with all the requisite documents duly attested by a Gazetted Officer, should be addressed to THE COMMANDER, HEADQUARTERS JUNIOR LEADERS WING, THE INFANTRY SCHOOL, BELGAUM on or before 07/03/2016. The candidates must clearly super-scribe "Application for the post of _____" on the top of envelope in Capital letters. The reserved category candidates should also write their category on the left hand corner of the envelope.
