Educational Qualification:
(a) Bachelors Degree in Architecture, awarded by Indian Universities established by an Act of the Central or State Legislature;
(b) National Diploma (Formerly All-India Diploma) in Architecture, awarded by the All-India Council of Technical Education;
(c) Degree of Bachelor of Architecture (B. Arch.), awarded by the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur;
(d) Five-year full-time diploma in Architecture of the Sir J.J. School of Art, Bombay, awarded after 1941;
(e) Diploma in Architecture, awarded by the State Board of Technical Education and Training of the Government of Andhra Pradesh with effect from 1969 (for the students trained at Government College of Arts and Architecture, Hyderabad);
(f) Diploma in Architecture, awarded by the Government College of Arts and Architecture, Hyderabad till 1959, subject to the condition that the candidates concerned have subsequently passed a special final examination in Architecture, held by the State Board of Technical Education, Andhra Pradesh and obtained a special certificate.
(g) Diploma in Architecture, awarded by the University of Nagpur, with effect from 1965 to the students trained at the Government Polytechnic, Nagpur;
(h) Government Diploma in Architecture, awarded by the Government of Maharastra (or the former Government of Bombay);
(i) Diploma in Architecture of Kalabhavan, Technical Institute, Baroda;
(j) Diploma in Architecture, awarded by the School of Architecture, Ahmedabad;
(k) Membership of the Indian Institute of Architects.
Selection Process: Shortlisted candidates will be called for Viva-Voce.
Application Fee: The candidates who are required to pay the fee shall take a printout of Online Challan (Pay-in-Slip) for deposit of requisite fee of ₹ 200/- only at any branch of State Bank of India (SBI).
How to Apply: Eligible candidates are required to Apply Online from 15/02/2016 to 14/03/2016 till 11:59 PM. The Candidates are required to send the Printout/ Hard copy of the filled in Online Application duly signed under the declaration form along with copies of required Certificates, Documents and fees deposit Chalan (i.e. OPSC copy) etc., as provided in the Advertisement, by Registered Post or Speed Post only to the Special Secretary, Odisha Public Service Commission, Dr. P.K. Parija Road, Buxi Bazar, Cuttack -753001 so as to reach the same in the office of the OPSC on or before 26/03/2016 till 5:00 PM.

Age Relaxation: 05 Years for SC, ST, SEBC, Women and Ex-servicemen; 10 Years for Physically Handicapped Candidates.
Educational Qualification:
(1) The candidate must have possessed MBBS or equivalent Degree from a Medical College or Medical Institution recognised by the Medical Council of India.
(2) The candidate must have a valid registration certificate under the Odisha Medical "Registration Rules 1965"; and
(3) Possessed required conversion certificates recognised by Medical Council of India (MCI) in case of candidate having Degrees from University of Foreign Countries.
Application Fee: A candidate is required to pay a non-refundable and non-adjustable fee of ₹ 300/- only. Candidate belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC) / Scheduled Tribe (ST) of Odisha and Persons with Disability (whose disability is not less than 40%) are exempted from payment of this fee.
Selection Process: The selection of candidates for recruitment to the posts of Medical Officer (Assistant Surgeon) will be made on the basis of Written Test and Career Marking. The career marking will be for 30% (10% each for class 10th class, 12th and M.B.B.S.) and 70% for written Test. The exam will be held at Cuttack.

On successful submission of the Online Application form, a Unique Registration ID will be displayed on the screen as well as on the top of the application form.
