Qualification and Experience:

Deputy Manager (PR) ->

(1) Post Graduate Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma of two years duration in Public Relations/ Mass Communication/ Journalism from recognized Indian University/ Institute OR Post Graduate Diploma Course in Journalism (Radio & TV Journalism/ Advertising & Public Relations / English Journalism) from Indian Institute of Mass Communication under Ministry of I&B, Govt of India (Minimum 60% marks in both Graduation and Post Graduate Degree/Diploma).
(2) Minimum 7 years post qualification experience in the area of Corporate Communications/ Public Relations in a reputed Public Sector Undertaking.Candidate must have sound written and verbal skills, coupled with highly developed interpersonal skills. Experience in organizing exhibitions at national/ international level and other events will be preferred.
(3) Candidate should have knowledge of printing Annual Reports, corporate literature, house, journals, etc., drafting press releases and organizing Press Conferences, etc. The candidate should have worked for minimum 3 years in the scale of 729100-3%-54500 under I DA pattern or equivalent.

Deputy Manager (Technical) ->

(1) B.E./B.Tech (AND) MBA/ PGP/ PGDM/ PGDBM/ PGDBA with specialization in Finance/Power (Min 60% marks in both Graduation and Post Graduation).
(2) Minimum 7 years post qualification experience in power sector in the field of Generation/Transmission/ Distribution/ Project Appraisal/ Project Monitoring/ Project Planning/ Project Financing/ EPC of power projects.
(3) The candidate should have worked for minimum 3 years in the scale of 7 29100-3%-54500 under I DA pattern or equivalent.

Deputy Manager (Technical)-Green Energy ->

(1) B.E./B.Tech. AND MBA/ PGP/ PGDM/ PGDBM/ PGDBA with specialization in Finance/Power (Min 60% marks in both Graduation and Post Graduation).
(2) Minimum 7 years post qualification experience in Power Sector in general and at least 2 years in Renewable Energy Sector (Wind, Small Hydro, Biomass, Solar). Preferably should have experience in any of the areas in Project Design, Implementation and Operation & Maintenance. The candidate should have worked for minimum 3 years in the scale of 7 29100-3%-54500 under I DA pattern or equivalent.

Assistant Manager (Finance) ->

(1) Graduation with minimum 60% marks & CA/ICWA (additional qualification of MBA-Finance is desirable) OR B.Com. &MBA/ PGP/ PGDM/ PGDBM/ PGDBA with specialization in Finance. (Min 60% marks in both Graduation and Post-Graduation)
(2) Minimum 4 years post qualification experience in NBFC / Bank / Financial Institution / RBI/ Power Sectorin the field of Resource Mobilization/ Disbursement/ Recovery/ Corporate Accounts/Taxation/Lending Policy, etc. The candidate should have worked for minimum 3 years in the scale of 724900-3%-50500 under I DA pattern or equivalent.

Assistant Manager (Technical) ->

(1) B.E./B.Tech. AND MBA / PGP / PGDM / PGDBM / PGDBA with specialization in Finance /Power (Min 60% marks in both Graduation and Post Graduation)
(2) Minimum 4 years post qualification experience in Power sector in the field of Generation/Transmission/ Distribution/ Project Appraisal/ Project Monitoring/ Project Planning/ Project Financing/ EPC of Power projects.
(3) The candidate should have worked for minimum 3 years in the scale of 724900-3%-50500 under I DA pattern or equivalent.

Assistant Manager ->

(1) B.Tech./ B.E. (Electrical/ Electronics/ Instrumentation & Control / Electronics & Communication / Electronics & Telecommunication / Mechanical / Manufacturing / Industrial / Production / Power/ Energy or any combination of these specializations) - with minimum 60% marks OR MSW (master's degree in social work) OR MBA(HR)/ MHROD/ PGDHRM or PGP/ PGDM/ PGDBM/ PGDBA with specialization in HR (Min 60% marks in both Graduation and Post- Graduation).
(2) Minimum 5 years post qualification experience in the implementation of CSR initiatives.
(3) The candidate should have knowledge and exposure in the areas of conceiving and executing social development projects or project management in a large public or private sector organization. Candidate should have experience in baseline survey/ impact assessment/ social & demographic study or should have research experience in an important CSR segment.
(4) The candidate should have worked for minimum 3 years in the scale of 724900-3%-50500 under I DA pattern or equivalent.

Officer (MS) ->

(1) B.E./B.Tech. (CS/ IT) or MCA AND M.Tech./ MBA/ PGP/ PGDM/ PGDBM/ PGDBA with specialization in Information Security/ Network Security (Min 60% marks in both Graduation and Post Graduation)
(2) Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience in the field of Information/ Network Security and System Administration for Servers, ADS, Exchange and network.

Officer (Civil Engineering) ->

(1) B.E./ B.Tech. (Civil) with minimum 60% marks.
(2) Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in the field of building construction and maintenance works.

Application Fee: ₹ 500/-, the Bank charges (as applicable) shall be paid separately to the Bank directly by the candidate as per the challan form. Candidates are required to take printout of the system generated Registration-cum-Application form.

How to Apply: Eligible applicants would be required to Register and Apply Online through PFC's website from 8th February 2016 to 29/02/2016 up to 17:00 Hours.

After successful registration, a copy of challan form will be generated in triplicate with a unique application ID printed over it. Candidates are required to take printout of the system generated Registration-cum-Application form. A recent passport size photograph must be affixed on the Registration-cum-Application form and the same should be sent along with the PFC copy of challan and the self attested photo copy of proof of date of birth, category, qualifications (showing percentage, specialization, etc.), experience (showing date of joining, relieving, pay scale for last two years, etc.) and last emoluments drawnby Post, in a cover superscribing "APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF    Application No    " addressed to "THE SENIOR MANAGER (HR), POWER FINANCE CORPORATION LIMITED, 1, URJANIDHI, BARAKHAMBA LANE, CONNAUGHT PLACE NEW DELHI -110 001 by Post / Speed Post. All the Registration-cum-Application forms along with requisite enclosures and PFC copy of challan duly stamped by SBI branch should reach to PFC by 04/03/2016. The candidates residing in Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Mizoram, Manipur, Nagaland, Tripura, Sikkim, Jammu & Kashmir, Lahaul & Spiti district and Pangi sub division of Chamba District of Himachal Pradesh, Andaman & Nicobar Island or Lakshadweep or abroad, the last date for receipt of applications is 11/03/2016.
