Qualification and Experience:
Executive Trainee -Personnel/ Human Resource (HR) -> Full time MBA with specialization in Personnel Management(HR as Main or Major Subject)/HRD/HRM or Post Graduate Degree in Personnel Management/IR/Labour Welfare or Minimum 2 years full time Post Graduate Diploma in PMIR/Labour Welfare or Master in Social Work or MHROD from recognized University/Institutes recognized by appropriate statutory authority. Desirable Qualification - LLB.
Executive Trainee-IT -> Full Time B.E / B.Tech / B.Sc (Engg. /Technology) /MCA/Level "B" examination in Computer Science from recognized Indian University or Institute recognized by appropriate Statutory Authority in India.
Personal Secretary -> Graduate Degree with 100 w.p.m shorthand and 40 w.p.m. typing speed in English or 80 w.p.m shorthand and 30 w.p.m. typing speed in Hindi. Should have knowledge of MS Office. Experience: 03 years Post qualification experience of organizing work pertaining to incoming and outgoing letters, maintaining Official papers and files and attending telephone calls and visitors coming to the executives. (Candidates working in Government/PSE should have minimum two years of post qualification experience in the immediate lower scale of pay in CPSEs i.e Rs.16000-3%-35500 (IDA) or equivalent.)
Hindi Translator -> Graduate degree (Hindi & English), Recognized Diploma or Certificate Hindi translator. Experience - 03 years post qualification experience in line including experience of translating from Hindi to English and vice versa. Experience in teaching will not be considered(Candidates working in Government/PSE should have minimum two years of post qualification experience in the immediate lower scale of pay in CPSEs i.e Rs.16000-3%-35500 (IDA) or equivalent.
