Age Limit: 18 to 35 Years for Technician 'B' / Draughtsman 'B'; 18 to 25 Years for Fireman 'A'. The Age Relaxation in upper age limit by 05 years for SC/ST candidates and 03 years for OBC candidates.
Pay Scale:
Technician 'B' / Draughtsman 'B' -> ₹ 5200 - 20200/- and Grade Pay ₹ 2000/- (Gross Emoluments - ₹ 19,035/- PM)
Fireman 'A' -> ₹ 5200 - 20200/- and Grade Pay ₹ 1900/- (Gross Emoluments - ₹ 17,393/- PM)
Selection Process: Written Test and Skill Test (Endurance Test for Fireman Post). The final selection will be done amongst qualified candidates, purely based on the scores obtained by them in the written test. From amongst candidates who qualify in the Skill test, with minimum 60% marks, empanelment shall be done in the order of marks obtained in the written test. Skill test, wherever prescribed will be purely on 'go-no-go' basis and marks obtained in the skill test shall not be considered for selection. In case of a tie in written test scores, the academic scores of the notified qualification shall be the tie breaker.
How to Apply: Interested and Eligible candidates to register their applications through online Mode. The application for on-line registration will be hosted in the SDSC SHAR website. The closing date for online registration is 21/07/2016 (up to 17:00 hours).
