Sourcing and identifying top talent through Linkedin, Facebook , Twitter ,Meetups and other portals.

Devising and executing creative recruitment strategies to fill the senior positions while maintaining the high standards of quality.

Just-In-Time talent identification and acquisition sourcing, recruiting, and hiring/placing candidates based resume databases, Boolean Searches, the internet, job board databases, social networking sites.

Research & recommended best practices /uses of Social Media in India from the Talent Acquisition perspective. Working extensively on Employment Branding for the India region.

Maintaining resume database, trackers and reports. 

Sending daily report & weekly report to the senior management.

Providing Induction Formalities for new joinees.

Expertise in preparing MIS reports.
