Experience: The candidate should have an experience of minimum 26 years in a PSU/ reputed company.

Qualification and Experience:
Senior Manager (Technical) ->
(1) B.E./B.Tech. (IT/CS) AND MBA (Power Management) (Minimum 60% marks in both Graduation and Post-Graduation).
(2) Minimum 13 years post qualification experience of IT implementation in power distribution The candidate should have worked for minimum 3 years
in the scale of ₹ 36600-3%-62000 under IDA pattern or equivalent.
Assistant Manager –>
(1) B.Tech./ B.E. (Electrical/ Electronics/ Instrumentation & Control/ Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Telecommunication/ Mechanical/ Manufacturing/ Industrial/ Production/ Power/ Energy or any combination of these specializations)- with minimum 60% marks (OR) MSW (master's degree in social work) (OR) MBA(HR)/ MHROD/ PGDHRM or PGP/ PGDM/ PGDBM/ PGDBA with specialization in HR (Minimum 60% marks in both Graduation and Post- Graduation).
(2) Minimum 5 years post qualification experience in the implementation of CSR initiatives. The candidate should have knowledge and exposure in the areas of conceiving and executing social development projects or project management in a large public or private sector organization. Candidate should have experience in baseline survey/ impact assessment/ social & demographic study or should have research experience in an important CSR segment.
(3) The candidate should have worked for minimum 3 years in the scale of ₹ 24900-3%-50500 under IDA pattern or equivalent.
Assistant Manager (PR) –>
(1) Post Graduate Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma of two years duration in Public Relations/ Mass Communication/ Journalism from recognized Indian University/ Institute (OR) Post Graduate Diploma Course in Journalism (Radio & TV Journalism/ Advertising & Public Relations/ English Journalism) from Indian Institute of Mass Communication under Ministry of I&B, Govt of India (Minimum 60% marks in both Graduation and Post Graduate Degree/Diploma).
(2) Minimum 4 years post qualification experience in the area of Corporate Communications/ Public Relations in a reputed Public Sector Undertaking.
(3) Candidate must have sound written and verbal skills, coupled with highly developed interpersonal skills. Experience in organizing exhibitions at national/ international level and other events will be preferred.
(4) Candidate should have knowledge of printing Annual Reports, Corporate Literature, House Journals, etc., drafting Press Releases and organizing Press Conferences, etc.
(5) The candidate should have worked for minimum 3 years in the scale of ₹ 24900-3%-50500 under IDA pattern or equivalent.
Officer –>
(1) B.Tech./ B.E.
