How to Apply: Completed Application (Prescribed format) should be addressed to Dy. Chief Personnel Officer, DMW/ Patiala. Applications should be sent only by ordinary post. One Self addressed envelope of 12cmsx25cms size, which must be affixed with postage stamps worth ₹ 25/- should be enclosed with application. It must be ensured that all the columns of application form have been filled correctly and no column has been left blank. The Last date of submission of applications will be 09/01/2017.
