- End to end recruitment.
- Sourcing profiles from Naukri and Times job.
- Scheduling interviews. Coordination for Campus hiring.
- Organising walk-in and mass interviews.
- Preparation of Offer Letter & Negotiation & Keeping the track for expected joinees. Follow up with candidate for joining post offer.
- Provide MIS support on the recruitment cycle and the attrition for all business units.
