Educational Qualification and Experience: (as on 01/07/2016)
Assistant Vice President / Secretary -> Graduate with Qualified Company Secretary. Persons holding chartered Accountant qualification additionally will be preferred. Experience - Minimum 03 Years experience as a Company Secretary in a listed company.
Secretarial Officer (Dealer) -> Graduate Degree with NISM/ NCFM qualification. Minimum 01 year experience in dealing/ back office.
Selection Process: Written Test and Interview.
