- Handling entire recruitment process Interview till candidate joins the company.
- Looking after timely interviews, feedbacks.
- Coordinating with line managers, admin staff, Vendors on daily basis.
- Documentation follow up with vendors as well with candidates.
- Offer and Employee code generation using HRMS software .
