Upper Age Limit (as on 01/01/2017): 27 Years for UR, 30 Years for OBC (NCL), 32 Years for SC / ST.
Pay Scale: ₹ 16,000-3%-35500 (IDA)
Essential Qualifications: 03 Years Full Time Regular Diploma in relevant branch of Engineering recognized by respective State Board of Technical Education/ Examination and/ or State Departments/Directorates of Technical Education and All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE) with minimum 65% marks for General / OBC (NCL) candidates and pass marks for SC/ST/PwD/ candidates.
Selection Process: Written Test (100% weightage). The written test Centre will be Dehradun.
Scheme of Written Exam: The applicants will have the option to appear for Written Test in HINDI / ENGLISH language (question paper will be bilingual). The Written Test shall be of objective Type of three hours duration consisting of two parts:-
Part-I - Consists of General Aptitude and General Awareness with 40 questions from each section.
Part-II - Consists of Technical/ Professional knowledge test with 120 questions from respective discipline.
Application Fee: ₹ 300/- for General and OBC (NCL) category candidates. No fee for SC/ ST/ PwD/ Ex-Servicemen/ Departmental Candidates.
How to Apply: Eligible Interested candidates should apply through online registration system of THDCIL. The last date for registration of online applications is 30/01/2017.

Upper Age Limit: 30 years as on 31st December 2016.
Compensation Package: Selected candidates will be placed at minimum basic pay of ₹ 20,600 in the pay scale of ₹ 20,600-3%-46500 (IDA) (Provisional) during the period of training. These candidates will be absorbed after successful completion of training as Sr. Officer in E-3 Grade in the pay scale of ₹ 24,900-3%-50,500 (IDA) (Provisional).
Educational Qualifications:
Human Resource -> MBA with specialization in Personnel Management (HR as main or Major subject)/ HRD/ HRM or Post Graduate Degree in Personnel Management/ IR/ Labour Welfare or 2 years full time post Graduate Diploma in PM&IR/ Labour Welfare or Master in Social Work or MHORD from recognized Indian University or Institute recognized by appropriate statutory authority in India with not less than 65% marks or equivalent CGPA/ OGPA. Desirable - LLB.
Public Relations -> Graduate with 2 years Full time Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in PR/ Mass Communication or Journalism from recognized Indian University or Institute recognized by appropriate statutory authority in India with not less than 65% marks or equivalent CGPA/OGPA.
Valid Score in the UGC- NET- 2017: Candidates are required to appear in the corresponding paper of UGC-National Eligibility Test (NET)- of January 2017 as shown below and Qualify in the same. The qualifying marks shall be as per standards set by UGC-NET conducting authority.
