Training, Emoluments and Placement: Selected candidates will undergo training for a period of 01 year in the company in which they are placed, and will be paid a consolidated stipend of ₹ 15,500/- per month. On successful completion of training, these candidates will be absorbed in the pay scale of ₹ 15500- 3% -34500/- (W-7 grade, Jr. Foreman / Jr. Controller / Jr. Work Assistant) in their respective company. They shall be regularized on the rolls of their respective organization after successful completion ot their training. Selected candidates shall be governed by the service rules of the company in which they are placed viz: BRBCL/NPGC/KBUNL.

Selection Process: A Common Written Test and A Common Skill Test. Eligible candidates will have to undergo two hours objective type Written Examination / Test. Based on the merit and requirement, the list of successful candidates for appearing in Skill Test.
About Written Test -> The Written Test is scheduled to be held on 28/05/2017 (Sunday). The test can be taken in Hindi or English. Candidates will have to give their choice for appearing in Hindi or English at the time of applying for the post, which cannot be changed subsequently. The test will be in two parts. Part-I will be Knowledge Test and will consist of 70 multiple-choice questions of the relevant disciplines as advertised. Part-It will be Aptitude Test and will consist of 50 multiple-choice questions on English, Quantitative aptitude & Reasoning. 1/4th mark will be deducted for each wrong / multiple answered question.
About Skill Test -> All such short listed candidates of written test will have to appear for skill test wherein applied knowledge of the respective discipline will be tested.
Application Fee: The Candidate belonging to General/ OBC category is required to pay a non-refundable registration fee of ₹ 300/-. The SC/ ST/ PWD/ XSM candidates need not pay the registration fee.
