Educational Qualification:
(a) At least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Technology (any branch) from a recognized University.
(b) Qualified Flight Test Engineer in Fixed Wing (Mechanical) Stream. (Certificate as issued by Indian Air Force / Indian Navy in Flight test Course.
(c) Desirable - Master's Degree in Engineering / Technology in any branch.
Experience: A Minimum 18 years of experience in Indian Air Force / Indian Navy out of which the candidate should have a minimum of 4 Years experience on flight testing on Prototype Fly-by-wire aircraft. (OR) Minimum 18 years of experience in Indian Air Force / Indian Navy out of which a minimum of 7 years experience in flight testing of fixed wing aircraft excluding production flight testing at IAF Base repair Depots (BRD). Candidates should preferably have experience of Flight Testing on Fly-by-wire Aircraft.
Selection Process: Shortlisted candidates will be called for Personal Interview.
