Remuneration:
(a) Basic Pay (₹ 10750) + Personal Pay (₹ 5160);
(b) Dearness Allowance (revised quarterly) on the Basic Pay + Personal Pay;
(c) House Rent Allowance (when Company Quarter is not provided);
(d) Special Allowance @ 5% of the Basic Pay + Personal Pay;
(e) Washing Allowance @ ₹ 75 p.m
Educational Qualification: NAC/NCTVT in Boiler Attendant with II Class Boiler Attendant Certificate issued by Government Authority.
Selection Process: Written Test Only. Candidates will be shortlisted for Written Test based on the marks secured in the Qualifying Examination i.e. NAC/NCTVT. Division reserves the right to decide the cut off percentage for calling candidates for Written Test, based on the Marks secured in the Qualifying Examination. However, the cut off percentage of Marks for all the categories should not be less than 60%, in the qualifying examination. The Written Test will be held at Bangalore. The date and time of the Written Test will be intimated to shortlisted eligible candidates by post/ HAL Website/e-mail (in the e-mail id provided in the Application Format by the candidate). The Written Test will be of 2 and half hours duration. The test will be in three parts, comprising of Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs). Part-I will consist of 20 questions on General Awareness, Part-II will consist of 40 questions on English & Reasoning. Part-Ill will consist of 100 questions on the concerned Trade. Each question carries one mark each and there is no negative Mark.
Application Fee: For General/OBC candidates are required to pay ₹ 200/-. The fee in the form of Demand Draft (DD) in favour of 'Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, Aircraft Division', payable at Bangalore. A crossed Demand Draft (DD) can be obtained from any Nationalized Bank (preferably State Bank of India). The c) Candidates sponsored by Employment Exchange, SC / ST / PWD category are exempted from payment of Application fee.

Educational Qualification and Experience:
Assistant ->
(1) Full time Post Graduate of MA/ M.Sc./ M.Com (2 years after 10+2+3) or Equivalent i.e. Equivalent Service Trades / Certificates/ Qualifications in the Army/ Air force/ Navy.
(2) Candidates should also possess relevant Professional Certificate in Typing, Stenography and PC Operations etc.
Trainee Clerical ->
(1) Full Time MA/M.Sc./M.Com (2 years after 10+2+3) with relevant Certificate of proficiency in Typing, Stenography, PC Operations etc. of minimum 3 months. (the duration needs to continuous), as the case may be. In respect of candidates possessing the qualification of Degree in Computer Science or Degree in Computer Application, Certificate of proficiency on PC Operations is not required. (OR)
(2) Full Time Bachelor Degree (03 years after 10+2) + Full Time Diploma in Commercial and Computer Practice /Diploma in Commercial practice/Diploma in Secretarial Practice acquired from the State Board of Technical Education.
Upper Age Limit: Maximum 33 Years (i.e. 28 years + 5 years relaxation for SC/ST) as on 30/04/2017. Age Relaxation - 10 Years for PWD Category candidates.
