Applications are invited from eligible Indian Nationals for the selection engagement of post office job name as Gramin Dak Sevaks (GDS) for fill up total 438 Vacancies in Haryana Postal Circle 2017-18. The Haryana Circle Gramin Dak Sevaks Vacancy 2017 Online registration close on 5th May 2017.

Age Limit:  The Minimum Age as 18 Years and Maximum Age as 40 Years. The upper age shall be relaxable by maximum 05 Years for SC / ST categories, 03 Years for OBC categories, Plus 10 Years for PWD Category Candidates.

Educational Qualification: The candidate should pass Matriculation / 10th Standard / Class X from approved state boards by the respective Central / State Government. The Candidate passed Xth class examination in first attempt will be treated as meritorious against those passed compartmentally.

Computer Knowledge: The candidate should have knowledge in Computer. The candidates should hold Basic Computer Knowledge Training Certificate or at least 02 Months from a recognized Computer Training Institute (Recognized State Govt. / Central Govt. / University/ Boards).

Residence: The candidate selected for the engagement of BPM shall have to provide centrally located accommodation in the Branch Post Office village within 30 days for use as Post Office premises and the expenditure of the hiring if any needs to be borne by the candidates. The selected applicants must mandatorily take up his/her residence in the Branch Post Office village within one month after selection but before engagement as Gramin Dak Sevak Branch Postmaster. The candidate shall submit a declaration to this effect in the application. The candidate selected for the post of other than GDS BPM should reside in post village/delivery jurisdiction.

Selection Process: The Selection will be made as per the automatic generated merit list as per the rules based on the candidates online submitted applications. The selection will based on 10th Standard Marks Only. No weightage will be given for higher educational qualification.

Application Fee: For General OBC Category Candidates are required to pay ₹ 100/- at any Head Post Office. Candidate who requires to make the payment has to visit any Head Post Office to make the payment. The fee payment is exempted for all Female and SC/ST candidates.
