Qualification and Experience:
Business Development Officer (MDP) -> MBA/ PGDM with specialization in Marketing, preferably from A premier institute. Candidate should have more than six years experience in the below mentioned activity area. Familiarity with marketing services in education and/or consulting is desirable.
Assistant Systems Analyst -> B.Sc Degree (Computer Science / Information Technology), B. Tech (Computer Science / Information Technology) or MCA. Experience: Minimum 2 - 3 years experience.
Selection Process: Interview. The candidates have to forward/send their application form along with photocopies of all testimonials in support of their educational qualification, experience etc. at the time of interview. They should also bring all testimonials, in original, for verification purpose.

Educational Qualifications:
Financial Advisor-cum-Chief Accounts Officer -> ACA/ AICWA/ MBA (Finance). Minimum 10 Years Experience.
Finance & Accounts Officer -> ACA/AICWA/MBA (Finance) with a minimum of 5 years Experience.
Junior Engineer (Civil) -> First division Civil Engineering Degree/ Diploma with a minimum of 3 years Experience.
Junior Engineer (Electrical) -> First division Electrical Engineering Degree/ Diploma with a minimum of 3 years experience.
Selection process: Written Test / Interview
Application Fee: A Non-refundable fee of ₹ 500/- in the form of demand draft in favour of Director, Indian Institute of Management, payable at Lucknow. SC/ ST/ PWD/ Women candidates are not required to submit the application fees.
