State Programme Manager	02	MBBS Degree/ 2 Years full time Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Health Management/ Public Health Management from a recognized institute/ university. Minimum 5 years post qualification work experience in Public Health Management. Experience in working for reform health systems and management of change in health sector. Computer Proficiency: MS office. Excellent Communication and Presentation Skill. Demonstration ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team environment. Experience in and ability to plan, implement and evaluate large health/ social sector programmes will be main criteria.
Consultant (Child Health)	01	MBBS with Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Paediatrics from a recognized Medical College and registered with Assam Medical Council. Computer Proficiency: MS office. Excellent Communication and Presentation Skill. Demonstration ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team environment. Experience in and ability to plan, implement and evaluate large health/ social sector programmes will be main criteria. Minimum 5 years experience in related field.
State Coordinator (State Blood Cell)	01	Master's Degree in Management Sciences/ Health Management. Knowledge of logistics/ Statistics, Social Work and human resource. 4 years' experience in Blood Services. Strong Communication and documentation skills in English. Experience in Govt. Sectors (PSU), Social Sector will be preferred.
State Consultant (Quality Monitoring)	01	Post Graduate Degree/ Advance qualification in Statistics. Specialization in Biostatistics/ Master in Health Informatics  (MBA Health Informatics)/ Master in Epidemiology (MPH epidemiology) with 2 years experience in Public Health would be an added advantage.
Additional Consultant (MH)	02	MBBS with Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Obstetrics & Gynecology from a Govt. recognized Medical College and registered with Assam Medical Council. Computer Proficiency - MS Office. Excellent Communication and Presentation Skill. Demonstration ability to work in a multi disciplinary team environment. Experience in and ability to plan implement and evaluate large health/ social sector programmes will be main criteria. Minimum 5 years experience in relevant field.
Additional Consultant (Civil)	01	Retired Additional Chief Engineer (Civil) from any of the works department of Govt. of Assam having good knowledge of building works (Execution & Supervision), preparation of estimate for building, national bidding process, building code of practice etc., having sound health capable of traveling within the state.
Project Engineer (Civil)	01	Degree in Civil Engineering or AMIE (Section A & Section B) in Civil Engineering from any recognized University with a minimum aggregate of 60% marks. Minimum 15 years experience in execution and supervision of Construction of Building works. Persons having experience in Building construction and fully convergent with building specifications, measurement of building works including payment procedures adopted in the Govt. Deptt. Persons from Govt. Engineering Departments Retired   as Executive Engineer (Civil) and above with the above experience and having sound health condition to take up frequent travelling while supervision and execution of works may also take part. High Proficiency in written and spoken English and Assamese.
Data Analyst	01	MCA, Post-Graduate Degree in Statistics/ Mathematics/ Computer Science/ Demography or equivalent. Minimum 3 years post qualification work experience in Data Analysis and similar work. Proficiency in computers/programming/DBMS as evidenced by a Diploma/ Certificate course of more than one year from a reputed institute, preferably accredited by DOEACC. Familiarity with commonly used packages like MS Word, Excel, Power Point, etc. Evidence of working in analytic division or any research organization is essential. Ability to compile and analysis of various health related reports. Ability to plan, organize and conduct training. Excellent in verbal & written communication skills in English are essential.
Audit Officer	02	Not below the rank of Senior Audit Officer (Retired) from office of the Principal Accountant General (Audit), Assam or Not below the rank of Audit Officer (Retired) from the Directorate of Audit (Local Fund), Assam.
Hospital Administrator	02	Master Degree in Hospital Administration/ Hospital Management/ MD (Hospital Administration) from Govt. recognized institution. Relevant experience 2 years.
Assistant Accounts Manager / Accountant	02	B.Com with minimum 3 years post qualification work experience in relevant field. Computer proficiency : MS Office & Tally.
Specialist (Cardiologist/ General Medicine), NCD	04	MD (Medicine) or equivalent degree from a recognized Medical College and Registered with Medical Council of India (MCI) / Assam Medical Council (AMC) with desirable specialized training in Endocrinology or Cardiology and at least 2 years experience of working as Specialist / Super specialist in a hospital will be preferred.
District Programme Officer, NCD	07	MBBS Degree from a Govt. Recognized Medical College & registered with Medical Council of India (MCI) / Assam medical Council (AMC).
Finance cum Logistic Consultant, NCD	13	M.Com / CA-Inter or equivalent qualification from Govt. recognized institute. Well versed with all the accounting procedures, book keeping practices, external and internal audits and other necessary accounting norms. Computer Proficiency : MS-Office and other popular accounting software packages.
Physiotherapist, NCD/ RBSK	72	Bachelor's Degree in Physiotherapy / Diploma in Physiotherapy from recognized Govt. institutions.
Rehabilitation Worker, NCD	123	10+2 or equivalent qualification from Govt. recognized institute. One and half year certificate course of Multi Rehabilitation worker from recognized institute. Registered as   Rehabilitation Personnel under Rehabilitation Council of India Act 1992.
Senior Consultant, Training, SIHFW	01	Essential - MBBS Degree from Govt. recognized institution. Desirable - MD/DNB (Gynecology & Obstetrics)/ Degree / Diploma in Public Health Management. Experience - Minimum 5 Years experience in teaching and training of Health Professional. For retired person upto the age of 62 years 3 years experience in Programme Management at National/ State or district leveling the field of MCH/ O&G and Monitoring and evolution of programme. For retired person upto the age of 62 years retired as senior faculty member in Department of O&G in Medical College or as senior specialist in O&G from a hospital preferably with Public Health or Health Administration background.

Epidemiologist, SIHFW	01	Post Graduate Degree in Epidemiology/ Community Medicine with a minimum of three to five years of post qualification work experience. Computer Proficiency - MS Office. High proficiency in written and spoken English and Assamese.
Urban Health Consultant, Urban	01	2 Years full time Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Health Management/ Public Health Management from a reputed institute/ university with minimum 5 years post qualification work experience in Public Health Management. Persons having added qualification such as diploma / certificate in Public Health/ Health Programme Management/ Hospital Administration or related areas will be preferred. Data Manager, IDSP	02	MCA/ M.Sc.IT./ M.Sc. Computer Science/ B.E. in I.T. from a recognized institute with minimum 3 years post qualification working experience. Preference will be given to those who have experience in working in health or social sector.
District Vector Borne Disease Consultant, NVBDCP	09	Post Graduate degree in Zoology/ Entomology/ Life Sciences with 5 years of work experience. For life sciences candidates, Zoology is a must as one of the subjects at graduate level. Experience of implementing vector control strategies. Minimum of 1 year experience of working in a health programme is desirable.
Procurement and Supply Chain Management Consultant, NVBDCP	01	Graduate degree in any discipline with Post Graduate Diploma in Material Management/ Supply Chain Management/ Logistic Management. Minimum of 7 years of experience in procurement and knowledge of procurement rules of State/ Central Government/ PSU.
Statistical Assistant, NVBDCP	01	Graduate with Maths/ Statistics from a recognized University with proficiency in MS-Office in related field. A minimum of 1 year experience in required in the field.
Manager, DEIC, RBSK	21	MBA, Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Management/ Rural Management/ Social Work/ Rural Development with a minimum of 3 (three) years of post qualification work experience in the field of community health/ medical health/ community development programmes of related field.
District Coordinator (ARSH/ WIFS/ RBSK), RBSK	04	2 years Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Management/ Social Work/ Social Science/ Rural Development/ Sociology from Govt. recognized Institute with at least 2 years experience in related field. Computer Proficiency (MS-Office, Internet).
Speech Therapist/ Audiologist, DEIC, RBSK	20	Diploma in Hearing & Language and Speech (DHLS) Course from Govt. recognized Institute.
Dental Technician, RBSK	27	Diploma Course in Dental Technician / Dental Hygiene/ Dental Mechanics from Govt. recognized Institute and registered with Assam State Dental Council.
Optometrist, RBSK	07	Bachelor in Optometry or Master in Optometry from any Recognized University.
Social Worker, DEIC, RBSK	27	Bachelor Degree in Social Work/ Rural Development/ Sociology/ Social Science with at least one year experience of work at the community level in development sector or related field. Excellent communication skill. Well versed with the regional language. Computer Proficiency: MS-Office.
Psychologist, DEIC, RBSK	27	Post Graduate Degree in Clinical Psychology/ Psychology with at least 2 years experience in relevant field.
Early Interventionist cum Special Educator, RBSK	27	M.Sc in Disability Studies (Early Intervention) with basic degree in Physiotherapy (BPT)/ Occupational Therapy (BOT)/ Speech Language Pathologist (ASLP) or Post Graduate Diploma in Early Intervention (PGDEL) with basic degree in Physiotherapy (BPT) / Occupational Therapy (BOT)/ Speech Language Pathology (ASLP).

Requisite Qualification & Experience:

Programme Officer -> (1) Essential - MD in Psychiatry or equivalent degree from institution recognized by Medical Council of India. (2) Desirable - 2 years experience of working as a specialist in hospital.

Psychiatric Social Worker -> Post Graduate Degree awarded after completion of course of study of minimum two years in mental health or psychiatric social work.

Clinical Psychologist -> Post Graduate Degree in Psychology or Applied Psychology and a Master of Philosophy in Medical and Social Psychology or Masters of Philosophy in Medical Health and Social Psychology obtained after completion of a full time course of two years which includes supervised clinical training approved and recognized by the Rehabilitation Council of India.

Psychiatric Nurse -> (1) Essential - B.Sc in Nursing or equivalent degree from institution recognized by Nursing Council of India and at least 2 years experience of working in psychiatry/ mental health institution/ hospital. (2) Desirable - P.G Diploma in Psychiatric Nursing from institution recognized by Nursing Council of India.

Community Nurse (Case Manager) -> (1) Essential - B.Sc Nursing from an institution recognized by Nursing Council of India. (2) Desirable - 2 years experience of working in a Hospital.
