Jharkhand State Livelihoods Promotion Society (JSLPS) (A Government of Jharkhand) has issued Vacancy notification for recruitment of Trainee Block Project Manager and District Program Manager. JSLPS is looking for competent and vibrant professionals to work with, the last date for submission of online applications is 5th May 2017.

Educational Qualification and Experience:

District Program Manager ->

(1) Person should have 2 years’full time regular Master Degree or PG Diploma, in Rural Development / Social Work/ Agriculture and allied sciences (10+2+4) from a recognized University/ institute.
(2) S/he should have minimum 6 years of relevant post qualification work experience of working in livelihoods/poverty eradication programme run my Government/Development Agencies/Corporate units or Reputed NGOS. The person should have proven track record of leading professional team at district level and substantially engaged in Community Institution Building Process and implementing Financial Inclusion, Livelihoods Inclusion and Social Inclusion programmes/project. Person should have excellent writing and communication skills in Hindi and English.S/he should be well versed with MS office environment.
(3) Candidates having required educational degree or diploma through correspondence stream may also apply. However, required relevant experience for them would be 8 years with other details as mentioned above.

Trainee Block Program Manager ->

(1) The person should have 2 years’ full time regular Post Graduate degree or diploma in Rural Development / Rural Management / Business Administration / Agriculture and allied (10+2+4) /Social Work/ from a recognized University/ institute.
(2) S/he should have minimum 4 years of relevant overall experience. Out of which 2 years’ experience must be of post qualification. The experience should be of successfully leading of team engaged in development work and executing project or programmes related to poverty reduction/rural development/livelihoods promotion.  The personshould have excellent exposure of working with community institutions/federations and financial inclusion work.The work experience with projects or programme run by Government /Reputed NGOs/CSR Initiatives will only be considered.
(3) Person having 2 years’ post-graduation degree in any discipline through correspondence and person having full time 2 years’ regular graduation degree in any discipline may also apply. However, for them, above mentioned experience criteria will be applicable with overall 6 years’ of relevant work experience, out of which 4 years’ experience must be of post qualification.
(4) Candidates should be well versed withMS office. Good writing and communication skills in Hindi and English is mandatory.

Eligibility:

State Coordinator ->

(1) Social Activists experienced in the conduct of Social Audits and right based activities for not less than 10 Years. (OR) A Serving Government Official interested for full time deputation for 5 Years (OR) Retired Government official who has not served in government position since last five years.
(2) S/he must be a post graduate in any stream.
(3) S/he should have submitted social audit report complying with the provisions of Audit of the scheme rules 2011. At the time of selection the copy of such report must be produced for evaluation.
(4) S/he should have familiarity of the local context.

District Resource Person ->

(1) Graduate Degree in any field from a recognized university having at least 3 years of grass root experience of working on right based issues.
(2) The candidate must be from or must have worked in any reputed Civil Society Organisation working in the state.
(3) S/he should have submitted social audit report complying with the provisions of Audit of the scheme rules 2011. At the time of selection the copy of such report must be produced for evaluation.
(4) S/he should have familiarity of the local context.
