Qualification and Experience:
Chief Manager (Public Relations), Manager (Public Relations), Executive Trainee (Public Relations) ->
(1) Graduate in any Discipline with 2 years full time Masters Degree / 2 years full time Postgraduate Diploma in Mass Communication / Journalism / Public Relations / Advertisement or equivalent qualification from a recognized University with - Minimum 50% marks or Second Class for Chief Manager / Manager Posts Minimum 60% marks or First Class for Executive Trainee Post.
(2) Experience: For Chief Manager / Manager - Relevant Post Qualification experience of minimum 14 years for Chief Manager / minimum 10 years for Manager in any industry / PR Agency. Experience in handling protocol functions and articulation skills in handling various situations and events are a must. Experience in Journalism/Print media would be preferred with good communication skills. Knowledge in multimedia with experience in PR field is desirable. No experience for Executive Trainee.
Assistant Manager (Administration) and Executive Trainee (Administration) ->
(1) 02 Years MBA / 02 years Post Graduate Degree/ 02 years Post Graduate Diploma having First Class or 60% in HR/ HRD/ Personnel Management. (OR) 02 years Post Graduate Degree/ 02 years Post Graduate Diploma having First Class or 60% in: i) Labour & Social Welfare or Labour Studies or Labour welfare or PM & IR or Management Studies or Human Resource Management. OR ii) Personnel Management and/ or Industrial Relations with Labour Welfare/ Social Welfare / Social Work OR iii) Social Work/ Social Welfare/ Labour Welfare with PM and/ or IR. Qualification should be Full Time and awarded by recognized University/ Deemed University/ Institute recognized and approved by AICTE.
(2) Experience: Assistant Manager - 03 years of relevant Post Qualification work experience in handling HRM / Industrial Relations / Learning & Development / Compensation / Administrative Functions viz. Mess / Canteen / Transport / Ticketing / Visas / Guest House Mgmt/ Club / Event Management etc. Executive Trainee - NIL.
Executive Trainee (Finance) ->
(1) CA OR CMA.
(2) Computer Literacy is a must. Working knowledge of computers in an ERP environment would be an added advantage.
Senior Engineer (Electrical) ->
(1) Full-Time degree in Engineering in Electrical with minimum First Class or 60% Marks or equivalent CGPA from a recognized University/ Deemed University Or Institute recognized by AICTE.
(2) Experience - Candidate should have relevant post qualification work experience in Fabrication/ Production/ Outfitting/ Planning/ Design/ Project Management. Experience in Commercial functions, Contract negotiations and Materials procurement would be an added advantage.
Selection Process:
(1) For Chief Manager / Manager -> Personal Interview Only.
(2) For Assistant Manager -> Written Test followed by Personal Interview.
(3) For Senior Engineer (on the basis of GATE 2015/2016 Marks) -> Personal Interview based on GATE 2015/2016 marks and Final Selection.
(4) For Executive Trainee -> Online Written Test, Personal Interview and Final Selection.

Pay and Allowances:
(a) For Skilled Gr-I (IDA-5) category Posts will be placed at a Basic Pay of ₹ 7500/- per month in the IDA Pay Scale in the first year and ₹ 7575/- in the second year. Besides Basic Pay, they will be entitled to get Industrial DA, HRA, Transport Subsidy, CPF, Gratuity etc. as per rules of the Company.
(b) For Semi Skilled Gr-III (IDA-4A) category posts will be placed at a Basic pay of ₹ 7250/- per month in the IDA Pay Scale in the first year and ₹ 7323/- in the second year. Besides basic pay, they will be entitled to get Industrial DA, HRA, Transport Subsidy, CPF, Gratuity etc. as per rules of the Company.
(c) For Semi Skilled Gr-I (IDA-2) category posts will be placed at a Basic Pay of ₹ 6000/- per month in the IDA Pay Scale in the first year and ₹ 6060/- in the second year. Besides Basic Pay, they will be entitled to get Industrial DA, HRA, Transport Subsidy, CPF, Gratuity etc. as per rules of the Company.
Educational Qualifications:
Jr.Planner Estimator (Mechanical) -> Must have passed SSC / HSC with full time three years Diploma with aggregate 55% marks or full time Degree with pass class in Mechanical (Mechanical/Mechanical & Industrial Engg./Mechanical & Production Engg./Production Engg.) or Marine Engineering in Examination conducted by Govt. recognised Technical Board / University.
Jr. Planner Estimator (Electrical/ Electronics) -> Must have passed SSC / HSC with full time three years Diploma with aggregate 55% marks or full time Degree with pass class in Electrical ( Electrical / Power Engineering / Electrical & Electronics/Electrical & Instrumentation) / Electronics (Electronics / Electronics & Communication /Allied Electronics & Instrumentation /Electronics & Telecommunication) or Marine Engineering in Examination conducted by Govt. recognised Technical Board / University.
Jr. Planner Estimator (Civil) -> Must have passed SSC / HSC with full time three years Diploma with aggregate 55% marks in Civil in Examination conducted by Govt. recognised Technical Board.
Store Keeper -> Must have passed SSC / HSC with full time three years Engineering Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunication, Instrumentation, Computer engineering .Additional qualification in Material Management & Knowledge of Computer will be Preferred.
Pharmacist -> Must have passed SSC / HSC with full time D. Pharm / B. Pharm from any Govt. recognized University.
Fire Fighter -> Candidates must have passed SSC or equivalent with Diploma / Certificate in Fire Fighting of minimum six months duration from a Govt. recognised institute. Candidates must posses a valid Heavy Duty Vehicle Licence.
Laskar -> Passed SSC or equivalent examination conducted by a Board recognised by the Government. General Purpose (GP) rating course with one year experience as Crew on board Tug/Launch/Vessel of 226 BHP or above. GP rating certificate issued by will be considered. Knowledge of Swimming is DG shipping approved institutes Compulsory. (OR) Non GP rating with 3 year experience as Crew on board Tug/Launch/Vessel of 226 BHP or above. Knowledge of Swimming is Compulsory.
Security Sepoy (Ex-servicemen) -> Must have passed SSC or equivalent examination conducted by a Board recognized by Govt. OR passed Indian Army class - I examination or equivalent examination in the Navy or Air Force and has put in at least 15 years of service in the Armed Forces of the Union and is otherwise considered fit to hold the post in view of his experience and other qualifications. Candidates conversant with Security Duties and holding valid commercial driving licence will be preferred.
For All Other Posts -> Must have passed SSC or equivalent examination conducted by a Board recognised by the Govt. and must have passed the "National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC)" (ITI) Examination in concerned / required trade conducted by NCVT of the Directorate General of Employment & Training, Ministry of Labour, Govt. of India.
Selection Process:
(a) For Junior Draughtsman / Junior Planner Estimator / Junior QC Inspector / Store Keeper Posts -> Written Test Only.
(b) For the other posts -> Written Test will be conducted followed by Trade Test. The candidates qualifying written test will be called for Trade Test.
Application Fee: Processing Fees of ₹ 100/- (Non-Refundable) needs to be deposited at any nearest branch of State Bank of India (SBI) by using challan form only. The candidates belonging to SC, ST, PWD & Ex-servicemen category are exempted from paying the Processing Fee. The candidate should fill up all the three parts (Banks copy, MDL Copy & Candidates copy) of the challan. The Deposit cash of ₹ 140/- (Including Bank charges of ₹ 40/-) at the nearest SBI branch. The Bank shall retain its copy (Bank's copy) and return two parts(MDL's copy and Candidate's copy) of the Challan to the candidate.
How to Apply: The candidates should fill the application in the prescribed format in all respects.
