ICMR - National Aids Research Institute (NARI), Pune invites applications from Indian Nationals for the post of Scientist D, Scientist B and Multi Tasking Staff (MTS). The last date for submission of applications is 31st August 2017.

Qualification and Experience:

SCIENTIST D (Molecular Virology) -> Post Graduate Degree (MD/DNB) with five year R&D/ teaching experience or postgraduate diploma in medical subjects with 6 years R&D or MBBS degree with 8 years R&D/ teaching experience or first class master degree or second class M.Sc + Ph.D degree.

SCIENTIST D (Microbiology) -> Post graduate degree (MD Microbiology/ Clinical Pathology with five year R&D/ teaching Experience or post graduate diploma in relevant subjects with six years R&D/teaching experience or second class M.Sc (Life Sciences) + Ph.D degree in Microbiology/ Biotechnology/ Biochemistry from a Recognized University with 8 years experience after completion of M.Sc + Ph.D.

SCIENTIST B (Social Behavioural Research) -> First Class Master degree in Social work/ Sociology / Psychology/Anthropology + Ph.D in relevant subject.

Multi Tasking Staff -> Matriculation/ High School.

Application Fee: A demand draft (DD) of ₹ 500/- towards application fee for the Scientist Post and ₹ 300/- for Technical Assistant and Multi Tasking Staff payable to the Director In-Charge, National AIDS Research Institute, Pune. (SC/ST/Women and PH candidates are exemption from application fees)

Essential Qualifications:

Technician - C -> 10+2 in Science subjects or equivalent from a recognized board with one year Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) or relevant subject from Govt. recognized Organizations / Institute / Medical College and One year experience in recognized Institute. (OR) 10+2 with Science subject with two years Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) or relevant subject.

MTS (Technical) -> Matriculation / SSC. Driving License for 3 and 4 wheelers, LMV and HMV with badge.

Application Fee: General and OBC Category Candidates may pay the application fee of ₹ 300 in the form of Demand  Draft (DD) obtained from Nationalized Bank only. SC / ST / PwDs and Women candidates are exempted from payment of application fee.
