About: Biotechnology Industry Research Assistance Council (BIRAC) is a not-for-profit Section 8, Schedule B, Public Sector Enterprise, set up by Department of Biotechnology (DBT), Government of India.
Educational Qualification and Experience:
DGM (Specialized Services) -> Ph.D in Life Sciences/ Biotechnology/ Agri/Plant Sciences (OR) MBA. Minimum 16 years experience.
Officer (Investment) -> B.Tech / M.Scin Life Sciences / Biotechnology / Agri / Plant Sciences. Minimum 02 years work experience.
Officer (Advanced Stage Funding, Equity Schemes) -> B.Com / M.Com in Finance, Economics, Business Management, Microfinance or other relevant field. Minimum 02 years work experience.
Senior Manager (Finance and Accounts) -> M.Com and PG Diploma (Finance). Minimum 10 years of work experience.
Finance and Accounts Officer -> B.Com with 2 years of work experience in Accounts and Finance in services/ funding organization.
Officer (HR & Admin.) -> Graduate in any discipline with minimum 60% marks. Minimum 02 years work experience.
IT Officer -> B. Tech (CS/IT) or B.E. (CS/IT)/ MCA. Minimum 02 years work experience.
