✅ Age Limit: Not more than 30 years as on 1st May 2020. Age relaxation 03 years for OBCs, 05 years for SC / ST and 10 years for PWD candidates.
✅ Pay Scale:
✔️ 1st year - ₹ 30,000/- per month
✔️ 2nd year - ₹ 32,500/- per month
✔️ On absorption on regular basis, as Administrative Officer (Scale I Officer),the emoluments will be fixed in the scale of pay of ₹ 32,795- 1610(14)- 55,335- 1745(4)- 62,315.
✅ Educational Qualification and Experience:
✔️ Graduation (Degree) in any discipline from recognised University with at least60% or more marks in aggregate (55% in case of SC/ ST candidates).
✔️ The candidate should have passed or have been exempted from at least 5 actuarial exams conducted by Institute of Actuaries of India (IAI) or Institute and Faculty of Actuaries, UK as per Curriculum 2019.

Agriculture Insurance Company of India Limited (AIC of India) New Delhi is looking for candidates to work as District Manager (Business Development and /or Risk Management) in Select Districts of Select States on contractual basis, initially for a period of 1 year, further extendable for two terms of 1 year each as per requirement of the Company and subject to performance evaluation of the candidate, however the total period shall not exceed 3 years. Eligibility:
(1) Graduation or Diploma in Agriculture/ Horticulture/ Rural Studies/ Agri-Business Management with 60% or more marks in aggregate from recognised University/ Institutes. For candidates belonging to SC/ST minimum qualifying marks would be 55%.
(2) Minimum 2 years post qualification working experience in Agriculture Insurance Marketing and/ or Risk Management (preferably in the State applying for).
(3) The candidates should have own conveyance facility with valid driving license to move around in the District and it is essential to mention the valid Driving License Number in the relevant box/ field in the ONLINE Application form.
(4) Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel & Power Point) and having data handling and comprehension skills
(5) Well-versed with local language as also Hindi and English.
Selection Process: Selection will be based on shortlisting followed by Group Discussion and Personal Interview.
