Educational Qualifications:

Research Scientist (Medical): MBBS / BDS / B.V.Sc. and AH (OR) BDS / B.V.Sc. degree with 01 year experience.
 
Research Scientist (Non Medical): B.E. / B.Tech degree in relevant engineering subject wit 02 years experience or equivalent degree (OR) 1st class Post Graduate in relevant subject (OR) 2nd class M.Sc. + Ph.D. Degree in relevant subject.

Lab Technician: 12th class pass in science subjects and 02 years Diploma (DMLT or PMW or Radiology / Radiography or required subject) OR 12th class pass in science subjects with 01 years DMLT and 01 year experience.
 
Lab Attendant: 10th / Matric / High School or equivalent with 01 year experience.

Data Entry Operator (DEO): 12th pass in science stream with Mathematics as a subject.

Sweeper: 8th standard pass.

Doctor (Specialist): MBBS and MD in the specialty Aneasthesia / Medicine / Peadiatric.
 
Doctor (Non Specialist): MBBS.
 
Staff Nurses: Senior Secondary pass with Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery. Should be registered with the punjab Nursing registration Council.

MGPS Technician: 10+2 in Science with 07 years experience.
 
CSSD Technician: B.Sc. in Microbiology or Medical Technology with 03 years experience.
 
Trained ICU Technician: 10+2 or equivalent. Diploma in Operation Theatre Assistant.
 
Lab Attendant: 10+2 (Matric with 12th class) pass with Science. Should possess a Diploma in Diploma Laboratory Technology.

Qualification and Experience:

Professor	As Reader/ Associate Professor in the subject for three years in a recognized Post Graduate Medical College in concerned specialty. (minimum 10 years teaching experience after completion of post graduation)
Associate Professor	As Assistant Professor in the subject for four years in a recognized Post Graduate Medical College in concerned specialty. (minimum 7 years teaching experience after completion of post graduation)
Assistant Professor	Three years teaching experience in the subject in a recognized Post Graduate Medical College as Senior Resident/ Registrar/ Lecturer/ Demonstrator/ Tutor or equivalent or higher teaching faculty posts after post graduation in the concerned specialty. The Candidates who have done super-speciality (DM/M.Ch) in concerned speciality shall be directly eligible for post Assistant Professor.
Lecturer	M.Sc (Audiology)/M.Sc (Speech Language Pathology)/ MASLP/ M.Sc (Speech and Hearing) degree from RCI recognized after BASLP degree.
