✅ Educational Qualification and Experience:
✔️ Two years Post Graduate Degree in HR/Social work with specialization in Personnel Management & Industrial relations/HR, MBA with specialization in HR or its equivalent course from institute/universities recognized by appropriate statutory authorities
✔️ Minimum of 60% aggregate marks for General and OBC candidates and Minimum of 58% aggregate marks for SC/ST/PWD candidates

Pay Scales:
Senior Level Management Officers: Total emoluments at ₹ 95482/- (Basic+DA+HRA) at the minimum of the Pay Scale of ₹ 20500-500-26500, plus CCA and other allowances and perks as per the Company’s prevailing rules.
AGM: Total emoluments at Rs.86196 (Basic+DA+HRA) at the minimum of the Pay Scale of Rs.18500-450-23900 (pre-revised), plus CCA and other allowances and perks as per the Company’s prevailing rules. CTC : Rs17.76Lakhs
DGM: Total emoluments at Rs. 81553 (Basic+DA+HRA) at the minimum of the Pay Scale of Rs.17500-400-22300 (pre-revised), plus CCA and other allowances and perks as per the Company’s prevailing rules. CTC : Rs.16.80Lakhs

Educational Qualifications: CA/ICWA, MBA, BE/ B.Tech Engineering degree, Post Graduate.
Selection Process: Personal Interview.
