Qualification and Experience:
HR:
(1) Graduate and MBA(HR)/ MHRM/ MA (PM&IR) or equivalent PG Degree/ Diploma in HR (OR) Graduate / PG Degree/ Diploma in HR will be preferred.
(2) Minimum 6 or 4 or 2 years post qualification experience of working in a Govt. orgaisation/ PSU/ Reputed private sector company. The experience should include
Recruitment/ hiring processes/ Pay-Roll and benefits administration/ Records maintenance.
Finance:
(1) Graduate in case of Indian Railway Accounts Services (IRAS) officers. CA/CMA- In case of others.
(2) Should have minimum 20 or 17 years (For GGM and GM, respectively) work experience in Railway construction projects, PPP Projects, Projects funded by Multilateral/ Bilateral Agencies, handling tenders, vetting of estimates, contracts, variations etc.
Selection Process: Shortlisted candidates will be called for Interview.
